This ringer T-shirt features the "Terrier" mascot of Vandebilt Catholic High School, a historic private school in the United States. Terriers are small but very brave and active dogs, symbolizing bravery, tenacity, fighting spirit, and the strength to protect their comrades.
The fabric is Warehouse's standard body, woven on an old-fashioned low-gauge knitting machine, said to be "rarer than a loopwheel knitting machine." This fabric, woven with #12 uneven yarn to create unique shading, is called "shadow border," and though it's a solid color, it subtly reveals horizontal stripe-like irregularities.
