For International Customers (excluding US)

  • Duties & Taxes (Customs Fees): Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by your local customs office or courier upon delivery.
  • Customs Declaration Policy: We are legally required to declare the accurate commercial value of all items on customs forms. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or declare a lower value to avoid customs fees. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Undeliverable Packages & Returns: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, refusal to pay import taxes, or failure to pick up the parcel from your local post/courier:
    • The order will be cancelled and refunded once it is safely returned to us.
    • The original shipping fee, return shipping charges, and any customs handling fees or storage fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

For Customers in the United States

  • Duties (DDP): We ship to the U.S. on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you will not be charged any additional duties upon delivery.
  • Tax ID / Social Security Number (SSN) Requirement: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may occasionally require your Tax ID or SSN to clear your parcel, particularly for goods originating from certain regions. Providing this is optional, but if CBP requests it and you choose not to provide it, your package may be delayed, returned, or seized.
  • Returns Due to Customs Clearance Failure: If an order is returned to us because the Tax ID / SSN was not provided when required:
    • The order will be automatically cancelled and refunded once the item is safely returned to us.
    • The original shipping fee, return shipping charges, and any associated customs/handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Privacy & Security: We know your Tax ID / SSN is sensitive information. Rest assured, it is used solely for customs clearance purposes and is handled with strict care in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
