TROPHY CLOTHING Waist Overalls Dirt Denim / Lot.1604
TROPHY CLOTHING Waist Overalls Dirt Denim / Lot.1604
These overalls are crafted from our 14.5oz original "Dirt Denim," made using size 6 yarns for both the warp and weft. "Dirt Denim" utilizes custom-made yarns that replicate the uneven, irregular slub yarns from an era when spinning technology was still developing. It is woven slowly and powerfully on the legendary TOYODA G-3 shuttle loom, with the warp tension reduced to its absolute limit. The deliberate use of irregular yarns and the slow weaving process create a rich, textured character. The finish evokes vintage denim, allowing you to enjoy the evolution of the fabric as you wear it. The warp yarns undergo indigo rope dyeing.
Overalls are a form of workwear that originated as "over-pants," designed to be worn over trousers. They feature a relaxed thigh, a wide leg opening, large back pockets, and a double-needle cinch back. Heavy-duty triple-chain stitching is used throughout the construction. Finished with all-yellow stitching and featuring rugged workwear details such as iron buttons and punched-through rivets, these overalls recreate the strength of authentic vintage workwear from the fabric to the stitching and parts.
※Please note that due to the nature of the iron buttons used in this product, they may show signs of rust at the time of purchase.

Incomplete at the time of purchase, it conforms to your body and develops character with every wear—"a garment that evolves with the wearer."
Inspired by the rugged, functional workwear of the pre-1950s era, TROPHY CLOTHING was launched with the concept of "seeking the new within the old," elevating that aesthetic to a higher level of quality through modern technology.
Refusing to cut corners often overlooked in modern manufacturing, every detail—from the selection of materials to the pattern-making and sewing—is crafted with meticulous care.
What TROPHY CLOTHING values most is not the moment of purchase as the point of completion, but rather the philosophy of "clothing that makes history with its wearer"—garments that gain character the more they are worn and adapt to the body of the individual.
By combining carefully selected materials, patterns born from repeated trial and error, and the skills of seasoned sewing artisans, each piece is finished with a reliable comfort that fosters a deeper attachment as time goes by.
